Harrassment due to unavailability of designated coach

We purchased 4 confirmed tickets on 12th July (PNR 6360299961), from Varanasi to Lucknow by Shramjeevi Exp. But our allotted coach No SL 1 was missing in the train from Varanasi to Lucknow (Shramjeevi Exp). We were adviced by TTE at varanasi to board S1, since we would travel to Lucknow, during daylight hours. At Jaunpur, another TTE harrassed us (3 adult and 1 child), and ordered us to get off the train, in pouring rain. When he was shown our Bona fide tickets, he instructed us to meet the station master and get it changed!! He was not only rude, he was extremely non co operating. Ultimately we had to travel for more than 4 hours, sitting in front of a stinking, dirty and wet toilet, with a kid.

Who would compensate us, for the humiliation, trauma and inconveneince faced by us, for no fault of ours?
