Harrassment for non availability of designated Coach

We booked tickets (On Line Ticketing services) vide Transaction No 0363329751 for 4 persons (3 adults 1 child) on 12.7.2011 at 12.25.56 pm, for journey from Varanasi (BS) to Lucknow (LKO) by Train No 12391 / Shramjeevi Exp, and the tickets were confirmed for SL1/0012 to SL1/0015.
The day of journey, we reached Varanasi station and found that the Coach No SL 1 was not there, and a kind TTE adviced us to board the train and "manage seats till Lucknow, he also assured us that the Coach No S 1 is used as SL 1 during the day, as seating, and after 20.30 hrs it becomes Sleeper class. At Jaunpur station, another TE ordered us to get off the train, since we do not have seats in S1! He also sarcastically adviced us to go and lodge a complaint with the station master. We were shocked at the callousness, and did not know what to do under the circumstances. We had a small kid with us, it was pouring and the evening was dark already due to the rains.
We had to sit in front of a dirty, wet Toilet for more than 5 hours till we reached Lucknow, even when we had bonafide confirmed tickets. We demand refund of our reservation amount as also the compensation for the huniliation and mental agony we had to bear, for no fault of ours.
We look forward to your fast response on this.
