Neutral peoples harassing passengers

Hi,

Twice in a year i need to travel from Pune to Kharagpur and vice versa, generally i prefer Azad Hind Express (12129). In the journey i come across different groups of NEUTRAL (Kinnar in Hindi) peoples who harass passengers traveling in Sleeper coaches. Lately i traveled from Kharagpur to Pune and counted 9 such groups. Please take some action on these peoples as they demand for money and on denial they harass passengers heavily.
