Poor food fascilities & hygeine

Train No 2309, Date of Journey - 03.07. PNR No - 6343630140, Boarded from Patna Junction for New Delhi. Soup has been served at 2030hrs & despite of several chasings, food has not been served till 2330hrs to the entire Coach B3. This is really pathetic & is not at all acceptable atleast in Rajdhani Express. The train has crossed Mughalsarai & still no food has been served.

Also, complaint book has not been provided by the Catering Manager.

As a descent citizen of India, i seek to have a clear information on the penalizations to the concerned catering services selected by The Indian Railways.
