The railway reservation clerk Mrs. Bharathi in James Street Local railway station under secunderbad section refused to issue railway concession ticket to my son's mentally handicapped certifcate. which I was obtain concession for the last several years. She blamed that my handicapped son is not eligible for such concession. This is happened on 10.12.2010 at 9.40 hrs.
