Nondelivery of Reg.parcel

I Sgowda have registered two parcels @JPNAGAR post office Bangalore 560078 on 8/8 with transactions

(1) No. RK001026857IN to AmitGhosh, Seatle USA and (2) No. RK001026843IN-to Pradeep Sandiego USA.

But as on date the articles have not reached the consignee.

I have lodged a complaint on 29/8 with SR.SUPDT.OF POS, Bangalore South vide complaint no56030022360 and56030022361 and reminded through email, over phone and personally explained our anguish over the delay/non delivery of the articles but no fruitful result yielded.

Further lodgede- complaint with DOSRMMBI@GMAIL.COM.and Sr. Doa-Kalpana.tewari.

May any one inthe Indian Post services would help us to see that the articles reached the concerned and confirm us in this regard.
