Not received parcels from US

My friend sent me 4 parcels on different dates to me but I haven't received any one till date. He gave me the tracking number and he also had a conversation with USPS where they told that the parcels have been dispatched to India already. USPS tracking also shows the same. Those parcels were also small and didnt have much valuable item. One had stickers, other had baloons thats it so there are no chances of them getting blocked with Customs. Please let the officials know and ask them to take some actions... Who eats all the parcels of so many people??? This is very bad on our part. USPS also answers as this is poor on part of India and they cannot help...
