Postmast fire always

Sitarampur postoffice all the employee, even post master fire all the time to me whenever i ask about my importent document from last ten year. on 24/11 the i went to post office to know the status of my atm card the post master told me to go and asked in main branch asansol which is 11km far. On 25 i went mainbranch asansol from their i come to the status but today 27/11 i went again request about my airway bill no. ea326455965in .the post master told me go again to superintendent of india post office asansol he will give the service and told to post master not to deliver my any thing on time . he told do complain again . now i am in tension . this is my pasword of sbi bank .before sbi bank employee ask me about my railway ticket

i study in bangalore side by side i work also . now only for getting my atm card i am in west bengal from 05/11. i lost my job. both bank and post office given me high amount of tension. what a general public can do in india. indian citizen lady getting a harassment in each and every step . how indian lady can live in india without fear? help me... help me... but please . in my eye ony the tear... help me? help me so that i can live...
