Two articles were sent on 8th and 9th of September from Saharanpur (UP) to Delhi vide Article Nos. EU981691277IN and EU022869986IN respectively to our address in Mayur Vihar Phase-II, Delhi-91. On tracking, both the articles have been shown as delivered on 12.09. whereas the addressee did not receive any, till this time (11.40AM) on 13.09.2011.
How is it that the tracking site shows the articles as delivered when it is actually not?
Pls send us a reply as early as possible, so that we can take up the matter for further actions
