Deterioration of tyres

I Sushil thakur have purchased a santro xing {HP 63A 0578} in the month of march. The car has run total of 22000 kms. The service of the car, wheel rotation nd its allingment is being done on regular basis. the tyres were changed on 20000 kms but in just 2000 kms the tyres have been deteriorated and we have to change the tyres again because it is causing a problem to the car and this deterioration is caused by some malfunction of the car.
