ENGINE COMPLAINT

We had purchased Swift Ldi on 17/01 from Achal Automobiles Solapur Authorised Dealer Solapur &Osmanabad Dist. NOW NOT ANYMORE. BUT AFTER A runing of 11000kms the car was turning off automatically while driving . several time we showed the problem in the service station but it still occured . now as there is no authorised dealer in solapur & with communication with maruti personal we sent the vehicle to sai motors pune where they claim of recognising the problem but after taken the delivery and travelling back 100kms the same problem occured.now plz tell the way & shouldnt i claim for replace of the vehicle .my vehicle detail are as follows.
