Refused Check in at AK 708 on 12/05.2010

Respected sir / madam,

As we are happy to take the services of Air Asia being a budget Airline but on 12.05.2010 by AK 708 I reached Changi Airport Terminal 1 alongwith my son Virendra Kumar having Indian official passport but while checked in, the staff stopped my son stating that he has no visa for Kuala Lumpur. Though I requested that I have been to Malaysian Embassy to obtain the visa but they informed stating that no need visa on official passport you wil get on arrival at airport, as per the Malaysian & India Govt. Agreement. but they never considered and he returned back at home and stayed three days alone without having his food at home as he doesnot know to cook.

After returned back to KL I been to Malaysian Embassy and they informed that no need visa. You will get at the Airport only. I have the written copy for proof in case you need.

In the context of above, you are requested to kindly refund the money back to me as I reserved the tickects for goning on 12/05 from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by AK 708 and return back to Singapore on 15/05 of Singapore Dollar : 160.00 Transport allowance for up & down to pick up the plane food he had out side tense without knocking the door of honarable court.

You are also requested to allow him on 11/06 as again we are planning to go to Kuala Lumpur.

You are requested to consider my application without further delay.
