Dealer's Complaint

Hi,

This is S.N.Gupta from Pune,

I took a Test Drive of Tata India Vista at B.U. Bhandai motors Pashan Pune on 06-Feb,

unfortunately there was some scratch came in bumper

and for that they took 10000 Rs check from me in advance against the damage,

and they told once the claim will be settled whatever the actual amount will be they will refund my money back,

but they charged 7250 Rs for the total cost and not doing and kind of insurance claim,

Please suggest what shall I do in this case.

are the test drive vehicle come under insurance or not?

they are saying that car is now sold to customer we can not do any kind of insurance.
