Improper service

My car KL-32-A- 5001 given to M/S. TVS service centre, Edappally, EKM on 15. 2. 2012 but they partially completed my car and also noticed some heavy sound while turning both sides. For rectification of this sound same car is again send to TVS by a service supervisor / technician on 24. 02. 2012 and suggested for replace steering column but after completing work they informed me, key pairing required and vehicle send to RF motors on next day when I contact them. After all RF motors inspected the vehicle and they informed me immobilizer and ECU are damaged when I reach RF motors. I can't understand how these ECU and Immobilizer are damaged at the same time, this is due to improper, ignorant and careless handling of car. Now a days this car given to service for more than ten days, make necessary step to repair my vehicle at the earliest
