INDIGO AIRLINES
PNR which was never booked

Hello all

I was utterly shocked when Indigo sent my travel schedules and confirmation for a travel that I never booked along with some more passengers. Strangely it also has my name on the passengers. Although the to email id reads something else I am in reciept of the PNR. Checked my credit card to ensure if there was money involved as well so for none... I will lodge a complaint with my credit card company as well.

- How could they send the confirmed travel schedule of passenger A to Passenger B?

- that means my travel schedules and email ids are vulnerable to the booking companies

- The Indigo website only has a feedback form and no email id where I could send in complaints
