Refund of tax collected for "no show"

Hi,

i had booked a Bangalore-Jaipur flight (flight no. 6E 152, PNR no O2G5LA). Unfortunately, in Bangalore, airport is 50km away and i missed my scheduled airport bus, and i reached 15 mins before the departure time. i was not allowed to check-in, and was told that "taxes and user development fee" will be refunded, which sounded reasonable. To my dismay, when took a closer look at my ticket, it was mentioned that uder development fee taxes = Rs. 481!!! I am absolutely sure that when i booked my ticket, the ticket cost was Rs. 999, and rest of it was taxes (i paid total Rs 4080), but on the ticket printout, it was mentioned that tax amount is zero!!!

So, indigo refunded my only Rs. 481. The tax that they collected is in their pocket, and they will not refund it. this is cheating!!
