INDIGO AIRLINES
Cheating, mis communication & lugguage mis management

Todaay I have travelled by Indigo airlines from Pune to Delhi via Nagpur. U8Z8CA was my PNR. After landing at New Delhi airport we were waiting for 1.45 minutes to collect our lugguage. Airline's beautiful chicks didn't do anything than just calling someone. Senior staff of airline was informed by them after making us wait for 1.20 hrs.

We were not allowed to talk to any other staff nor they bothered to gave us a true reason for such delay. Their execuse was our lugguage (more than 50 passengers boarded from Pune) was taken to Cargo by mistake..

I am lodging a complaint against this airline for cheating, mis communicating customers & lugguage mis managament resulted in our waste of time which equal to our FLYING time!!

I am also from transport industry & I know that lugguage of so many passengers cant go at wrong place... They had taken our lugguage to some other place or they must have un loaded it at Nagpur where our plane was haulted... It has resulted in ..Our time, psychological loss due to life & death situation of my family member who has been hospitalized today morning ..My entire moeny of airfare has been wasted... Airline staff didn;t have any answer apart from their artificial apologies which won;t help me get back my family member whom I couldn't see alive last ttime due to this delay...
