Loss of luggages

Dear Sir/Madam,

I flew from Imphal to Kolkatta in Indigo Flight No. 6E 362 on 15 Dec 10 alongwith my wife. On arrival at Kolkatta Airport my luggage (01 brown colour strolley bag size 22") was found lost. It contained our personal belongings, some household items (Electric Rice cooker, emergency lamp, fry pan, electric kettle, scullers pant and shirt, traditional Manipuri clothes for my wife and few eatable such as dry fish, dry fruits etc worth of total Rs. 9000/- (appox). Immediately, i informed the matter to Indigo Duty Arrival Cell (MOb No. 9748431122) at Kolkatta Airport. I lodged a written complaint bearing No. 20101215/CCU/M/67 dated 15 Dec 10. I stayed back at Airport, finally when I finished all formalities it was 2030 hrs. I tried to contact Indigo staff off and on but they didn't bother to call me once. When I contacted, I was told concern staff is on off duty, Manager is not here. I couldn't sleep for solid 2 days but they didn't realised my feeling. They don't know the value of someone belongings. Their service and attitude was disgusting and pathetic. On further enquiry on various dates, instead of giving any message regarding whereabout of the luggage, they started bargaining to settle the things for Rs 3000/-.

Hope all authorities concerned will take necessary steps to trace out my luggage.
