INDIGO AIRLINES
Luggage properly not carried

I am a frequent flyer of indigo airlines, as it suits my office timing as well as it mostly on time.

When i travelled last time on 17th Nov from Bangalore to Jaipur. My checkin luggage was not carried properly. When I collect my luggage from Jaipur airport, the bag was completed wet and dusted. When I enquired about this Indigo people ingnored my complaint and Mr Susheel Yadav from indigo side asked me that "did I filled a form at bangalore airport that my luggage was in good condition"

I was shocked by this behavior. This made me think to travel again in indigo airlines.
