INDIGO AIRLINES
Not giving refund on cancellation

I have booked on 2 tickets from mumbai to kolkata on 16/11.

and cancelled on 17/11. But they had not credited refund after a week.

How can i recover my refund from the airlines.?

Can i sue on airlines?
