Loss of bagggage at airport

Hi,

This is Pallavi Dubey. I travelled from Mumbai to Lucknow on 7th of March. Reaching Lucknow, I realised that my 15 kg check-in suitcase was missing. Since then I am following up with the Indigo team in Lucknow but till now they have not been able to trace the bag. Once we check-in the baggage, it becomes airline's responsibility to deliver in safely to us. Its my request to Indigo Airlines to look into this matter carefully or else the only option left with me is to move to court. That bag was containing mh y marksheets and valuable items because of which I am requesting you to please help me out.
