Cargo misleading

I had booked the ticket in Indigo flight no. 6E265 Bhubaneswar to Bengaluru at time 7:20 departure on 9th April. I reported Bhubaneswar airport at sharp 6:20 when I went to collect my boarding pass. There was a lady who misleaded me by telling that my luggage weight is exceeding by 5 kgs and charged Rs 200/kg. I didnt have cash in hand so she told me to collect cash from ATM outside the airport.

Later I realized that the luggage weight is not more than 18 kgs.

She took away the money from me withoutgivig any reciept.

Please help me, I am totally in loss. Please take suitable action against her.
