Change of Flight Timings

My PNR numnber is WFYVLQ.

I had booked my flight from Chennai to Delhi for 12th August scheduled to depart at 6.35 pm. This flight was landing Delhi at 9.10pm and I wanted to be sure that it does not get dealyed because I have a train to catch at 10.40pm on 12th August. The customer care executive that I spoke to assured me that this flight is absolutely on time and will not be changed.

Today I got a message from Indigo saying that this flight has been rescheduled to depart at 7.50 pm. It arrives in Delhi at 10.35 pm and there is NO WAY that I can catch my train at 10.40. I have been on call with your call centre for last one hour but I am sorry to say that everyone has been of little help.

After all the hassle that Indigo has put me through with all this cancellation and rescheduling, NOW they are asking me to pay for the new flight that I suggested (departure time 3.55 pm). I do not want to hear about what your policy says which I have been told enough by the people sitting in your call centre.

I do not care what the reasons for the change of this flight timings are. If ANY change at your end causes and inconvenience to the customer, YOU are supposed to take care of it. I specifically booked my flights one month in advance to get the benefit of lower fares. Because of YOUR flight delays, you are asking me to pay extra Rs. 10, 000 for a new flight to maintain my original plans.

Moreover, your call centre asked me to drop a mail to Customer Relations. I have still not got a response from there. I called up your Interglobe office in Gurgaon and they refuse to transfer me to the customer relations department.

Your entire brand positioning revolves around how it is 'On Time' but I am sorry, with this exercise you have ensured that I am not on time anywhere!

I expect a response from your customer relations within one hour. If this is the way you treat your company treats your customers, then I don't think you deserve to have loyal customers at all.
