Efund of ticket no. RGKIEM not received

I have booked tickets under No. RGKIEM dt. 8.8.2011 for my journey from Guwahati to Chennai on 12.10.2011 and return journey on 29.11.2011 from Chennai to Guwahati. It was cancelled on 21.09.2011. The tickets were booked through credit card. But the refund is not yet received till 25.11.2011. Indigo airlines has to do it sir.
