Perjury by Indogo airline staff

Early this week, I bought a indigo airline ticket paid the full amount, including air fare surcharge taxes., but during check in procedure they asked me buy the ticket again (airfare surcharge taxes) because of some software problem (typical execuse) :)

In summary I paid twice for a single journey. This is a strategy employed by small time airlines to cheat innocent people
