IRRESPONCIBILITY IN REPLACEMENT OF NEW RADIATOR IN WARRANTY

MY BROTHER PURCHASED THE MAHINDRA MAXIMO VEHICLE IN VIJAYA AUTOMOTIVES A DEALER IN MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA AUTOS BOTH THREE WHEELERS AND FOUR WHEELERS. THE MAXIMO IS GIVEN PROBLEM OF ENGINE OVER HEATING DUE TO NO WATER IN RADIATOR AFTER TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASE. IN THAT SITUATION WHEN I CHECKED AND FOUND THAT THERE IS NO WATER IN COOLANT RESERVOIR. THE I ADDED WATER AFTER NEXT DAY WHEN I WENT TO WORK SHOP FOR CHECKING AND EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT. BUT THEY SIMPLY SAID NO PROBLEM IS THERE, NOTHING WILL HAPPENED YOU RUN THE VEHICLE. THEY DON'T CHECKED AND SEND ME OUT BY TELLING SOME STORIES. AFTER THAT AGAIN AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT ENGINE OVER HEATING. THEN THY CHECKED AND FOUND RADIATOR LEAK DUE TO SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT. THEN THEY REPAIRED THE RADIATOR AND FIXED IT, AFTER THAT THEY SAID WE WILL PLACE THE ORDER FOR RADIATOR AND WE WILL REPLACE THE RADIATOR IN WARRANTY AFTER GETTING THE STOCK. LIKE SO THE SENT ME OUT AND UP TO TODAY THEY WONT REPLACED THE RADIATOR . THAT IS THE SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAHINDRA DEALER IN KURNOOL . PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
