Seat Arrangement

I travelled by this Airline along with my spouse & infant. At the time of booking I was told that I would be provided with a seat far away from the wings, since I was concerned about the noise level for my infant. To my surprise I was given the seat (no 17) exactly above the wings and a request for change was turned down.

I request the airline authorities to allocate seats far away from wings for people travelling with infants.
