NOT TAKING CARE TO THE PASSENGER

MY SELF, P MOHAN RAO AND MY SON, P SAMPAT GANESH AGE 6, TRAVELLED FROM MUMBAI TO KOLKATAO BY INDIGO 6E 321 ON 28-4. DURING RETURN I FACED LOT OF PROBLEM. WHILE PLANE REACHED AT DUM DUM AIRPORT MY BAG WAS NOT THERE AND IT IS MISSING. WHILE I COMPLAINED IT AT AROUND 12.45 PM, THEY LODGED COMPLAIN PROPERTY LOST. THE INDIGO EMPLOYEE CONTACTED MUMBAI AIRPORT ABOUT MY BAG. AFTER 45 MINUTES THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY BAG IS NOT THERE. THE AUTHORITY INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS CHANCE THAT IT IS IN PLANE AND GONE TO GHUWATI AT 1.00 PM. THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR GETTING CONFIRMATION. AT 3.00 PM THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE BAG IS AT GUWAHATI AND DURING RETURN I WILL RECEIVE THE BAG. AT 4.30 PM I RECEIVED MY BAG.
DUE TO THIS I HAVE TO CANCELL MY TRAIN TICKET FROM HOWRAH TO TATA AND CAR AT AIRPORT.
MY CLAIM IS THAT WHILE I STUCK AT AIRPORT INDIGO PEOPLE NOT TAKEN ANY CARE. I AND MY SMALL SON WAS THERE WITHOUT ANY FOOD. BECAUSE THERE IS AIRPORT RESTRICTION TO GO OUT. IF I GO OUT I HAVE NO VALID REASON TO ENTER AGAIN.
I ASK TO INDIGO TO COMPENSATE ME RS. 2, 000/- FOR THE ABOVE FAULT AND REQUEST THEM TO TAKE CARE TO THE PASSENGERS WHEN SAME PROBLEM OCCUR.
