Third time break fail in two month of purchase

I have purchase Tata MANZA RJ14 CJ 9556 on 09.07.2010. I face break fail problem on 18.07.2010 at 900 KM . After servicing and asssuring me by delears that I will not face this type of problem in future. Now he is asking me for fourth time trial.
