Persistant problem of above car on a/c of very very poor service of Om Sai Motors Pvt. Ltd, Kandivali (W)

Ref:- My Indigo XL CAR NO. MH-02-JP-6013
The above car was repaired, repaired & repaired by “Om Sai Mototrs Pvt. Ltd”, Kandivali (W), for the same problem, but there is no end to it,
The instances, which I reffered to is,
1) The car was sent initially for the remote problem, & the car was returned unattended with assurance of being repaired, the concerned person was Mr. Suvarna.
2) Again, It was than reported by me & the car was carried away for repair.
3) The other remote was kept by Om Sai Motors Pvt. Ltd & it was assured by Mr. Shetty, the General Manager, at the earliest, he will returned the remote.
4) But, It is veru sorry to inform you that, till 25 days of my call, no body has bothered to give feedback & to the shock & surprise, when, I have called Mr. Shetty, he was totally blank about the issue.
5) Subsequently, the car was sent for regular service, in good working condition, but when returned, there was noise from front right side.
6) The same is informed to Mr. Nelson & he has than again taken my car to workshop & returned on the pretext of in good condition.
7) But, It is very unfortunate that, the same problem has again persist & when called to Mr. Nelson, It was very strange but usual answer of sending the vehicle again to workshop.
8) In this context, on 12/01/10, I had called twice to Mr. Shetty, but he doesn’t bother to call back.
It is therefore requested to direct the Om Sai Motors Pvt. Ltd to take corrective steps & also direct them to compensate me for the losses, I have suffered & It is also very sorry to inform your goodself that, there is very poor supervision at your end.
