I purchased the aforesaid vehicle under Invoice No. AuSter0708-00735 Dated 05-11-07 from your authorized dealer M/s Automobile Sterling, Noida. While purchasing the car, I was offered & I agreed and paid for extended warranty of 3 years applicable till 2010. I regret to state that the Car is giving nightmares to me from the very beginning. But as faults were minor I was somehow pulling with it for some time initially.

Over past few months the breakdowns have increased exponentially. Besides, my extended warranty is not being recognized and your dealer M/S RAGHUVANSHI MOTORS, Dilshad Garden, Delhi, is consistently taking money for all repairs & services. It is hurting to even tell that I have so far paid Rs. 5, 00, 000/- on spares and services over last 2.5 years of then over Rs. 1, 50, 000 in last two months.

We have always considered Tata Motors as a reliable and world class motor-car manufacture. Our belief in TATA brand enthused me to buy this car at a price of Rs. 7 lakhs. You may like to note that by paying just Rs 2 lakh extra I could have bought honda-brand or maruti-brand. And today I am deeply repenting my decision of going for Tata Car. You may please like to note that since the 1st break down the car has only run 10, 000 kms approx, which is a very mere usage. I always remain suspicious of the Car's reliability today.

I have tried about 200 time to talk to your co's helpline to seek a solution. I also have spoken and tried to reason out with your authorized dealer. I, in fact have done all that is in my means to seek intervention and due justice to my Money spent, my Faith in, and my Decision to go for Tata Car, but in vain.

It may be notable that faults are all related to engine, and recurring, besides despite being asked your dealer is unable to either explain the 'Cause' behind it, nor give any guarantee on the repairs/ solutions provided. It is surprising that a company of Tata's repute produces cars that have such recurring faults, appoints such dealers who couldn’t care less for a customer, and such after sales service which appear to be money sucking trap. Much more dismaying and depressing is the response from your own Service Manager & Helpline, which otherwise should be doing all to retain the customers' loyalty (which often your competitors are seen to be doing).

As a last resort I am knocking at your door. I tired of speaking & explaining on phone. And therefore, I shall be obliged if some one from Tata-Motors directly intervenes and a full refund of money so far paid on after-sales-services is made to me.

With deep anguish I am approaching your good offices for quick & corrective action please and thus saving me from any further mental & monitory stress.
