I was tavelling by train 12367 on 22/3 in 3rd AC. The linen provided by the staff was too dirty. when argued they said they are helpless. TTE, OM Prakash Mandal, attendent A Mandal, coach attended, Sunil Kumar, all spoke in same tune. Railway authority make notice of it.
