Harrasment and torture by Charu Motors (Hans Hyndai)

Hello,

I recently bought a new i10 from Hand Hyndai from Delhi. I went to do the first service in Charu Motors (Naraina). The mechanic hit my car and there was a big scratch on the door. I request them to repair the car or replace the part. They were agree that they will repaired the car on there own cost.

I was shocked when they return my car. They welcome me with the very rude Behavior but the worst situation was just started now... They shows in the document that my car came in the garage in an accident situation.

They have claim the money from my policy without my permission. when i had a talk with manger and ask why they charged from my poilcy and show car as accidental situation without my permission.

The manager directly started arguing with me, when i told him that i will complaint about the situation than he call the almost 15-20 garage worker and start beating me..

Is this what Hyndai treat with there customer???
