Efund for ticketPNR NO835-6283511

Dear sir

I had booked a ticket in 1 AC from Dadar to Chennai Egmore on May 21 for my journey on July 20, fare paid was Rs1792 (Rs one thousandseven hundred ninety two only) as a senior citizen, susequently Railways had increased the benifit from 30% to 40%from june. I HAVE BEEN RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST to get the refund of Rs 230/(rupees two hunred thirty only) I HAVE NOT SUCEEDED IN MY ATTEMPT TO GET THE REFUND.The Railway rules are very funny in case of increase in fares the increased fares are pmmediately collected during the journey. My PNR NO is 835-6283511
