Difficulties in booking

I am Muralikumar, 257-Parvathi nagar, Madambakkam, Chennai-600073, using indane gas for the past thirty years, My consumer number is 33860, But in recent times i am not able to book the refill of gas due to not attending my phone calls by The Chella gas agency, 4-Muthalamman street, Selaiyur, Chennai-600073, who is the distributor of the gas of my area, appointed by the Indian Oil, Chennai. Please take the necessary action and advice the agency accordingly and enable me to buy the gas from them.
