Invest in com cheque bounced

My daughter invested rs.155000/- in indus car and rental services p ltd nehru place in august their

monthly cheq rs11112/- return twice. when approaching company office they said we are returning money

full and final payment thru settlement. we depsoited their photocopies of chqs and documents agreement

when called by them to us they told us to deposit the original documents and we give u final settlement

cheq . there some persons approached they were telling their final settlement cheques have been bounced

twice where they given them the post dated cheques. we then told them eighther give us cash or draft

then we will give origina ldoments of if their cheques cleared after that we return the document but

they are not comming to compromise but insisting deposit original document. i think they are in mood

of cheating fraud. they are not returnigb money
