Delay in repair, Maruti Auth Service Centre? Workshop

My Car, ALTOLX UP11J9281 met with an accident and subsequently for repairs had deposited the same at TANYA AUTOMOBILES workshop, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh on 02 Mar. The vehicle was under comprehensive insurance, MARUTI INSURANCE-in collaboration with National Insurance Company and so the reason for putting the same for repairs in a MARUTI AUTHORIZED SERVICE WORKSHOP/DEALER.

However, till date: todayi.e.23 Apr: even after 53working days; my car is yet to be released after complete repair. Every day a new issue or excuse is given for non completion: basically non availability of spare parts- and that too with an authorized service workshop.
