Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have booked A star automatic car about 15 days back and i have made the full payment 26 th of July . the time of booking they have promised me that they will give the car on 12 th Aug. Today wen i have called up and told them to send the car for registration Mr. Boopathy Area sales Manager and Mr. Ansari Sales executive were saying as car is not available they unable to give the delivery on 12th.

Kindly suggest me how will i go about it.
