DEALER COMPLAINT

I have booked a Toyota Innova Car with Pioneer Toyota Authorised /delaer Emm Pee Motors Patiala depositing Rs.50000/- in advance vide receipt noumber REC11001520 dated 24/09 and then the said delaer promised me to deliver the car with in 15 days.depsite my repeated requests I have not delivered the car till today. That yesterday I hve received a phone call from the said dealer to get the delivery of my innova car that I have reached the said dealership and I have deposited a draft of Rs. 10., 58720/- (full payment) after receviing the payment delaer said I you want to get ther said car today than you have to deposit some premium amoiunt otherwise you will get the said after some days. That the manager and other staff misbehaved with mewhen I refuse to pay the bribe. That the custom care at the Emm Pee Motors is no only satisfactory but deplorbable. The staff is not cooperative at all times that at punitive action be takne asgainst the said arrogant non coopertaive dealer.who is all out to p[ut difficulties in the delivery of the cars of theri so called valued Customers.
