International air tickets
Non confirmation of tickets

I booked three tickets from Delhi to Ottawa on 7th of Nov.2009 through yatra online booking and on cofirmation of tickets i paid 25% payment through Citibank Mastercard. My Yatra refrence no is YT-3621561.Lateron when i checked the confirmation i found that my bookings are not confirmed. This was confirmed by their travel consultant and i was offered another option through british airways for 19th Jan.2009 at higher price, as i had no option i accepted their offer. But till date my tickets are not confirmed even after great persuation by phone, fax znd mails at their yatrasupport. But to solve my problem they are even attend to my calls and neither they are ready to give suitable reply. I through your forum request you to ask yatra to refund my money to save from further mental harassment.
