Traffic Signals timings adjustment done wrongly at T-Point immediately after Murugeshpalya bus stop towards Manipal Hospital, Bangalore

I want to make a complaint regarding the traffic lights timing adjustment at T-Point immediately after Murugeshpalya bus stop towards Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. The traffic coming from HAL main gate gets very less seconds green signal at T-Point whereas the traffic coming from Manipal Hospital gets more time green signal at T-Point. As a result of this misbalance of timings of green signal, there is a big line of traffic for more than one km starting from this signal upto HAL main gate, of traffic coming from HAL main gate and almost zero traffic, of traffic coming from Manipal Hospital to T-Point. This is the consequence of the alterations done with the traffic lights for most of the times and no one is caring about it. So, I request you to please look into the matter and make the traffic flow Ok.
