I am saraswathy pankajakshan is a customer of ioc chiramel gas agencies perinjanam po, on consumer no 28168. booked one cylinder on 07 aug. The cylider has not yet been delivered till date (09 oct. Its been a regular practice by this agency causing big trouble to all consumers.
