IOC Gas Cylinder
Non-delivery of gas cylinde

Sir, I am Mrs. Ratnaprabha Sontakke, a handicapped woman, my indane Gas consumer No. is A2420 at M/s Amita Gas agency Laxmi Ganj Lashkar gwalior. I Have booked my cylinder on 02/04 by mobile but cylinder was not delivered by the agency, after 15 days again i have booked cylinder on15 April till date cylinder is not delivered at home. I can not walk again&again to agency for the quiry.in the hot summer due to my leg multiple fracture. Mr. Vinod Kumar the manager of the agecy was contacted on telephone but telephone is always out of order or he purposely putoff the phone and kept on the table. Every time he makes some excuses that load is not available or man power is not there or it will come tommorrow etc. I am Harrssed and facing problem without cylinder at home.

you are kindly requested to do the needful and take necessary action aginst the Agency so that thecustomer should not get harraassed and blackmarketing of cylinders to be stopped.
