Irreularities in Gas distribution

To IOC, I've been the customer for the past 26 years. I've shifted my house to Khairatabad last year. Sice then I come under GNS Gas Services, Shantinagar, Hyderabad. They are worst Indane gas distributor, I've ever seen in all these 26 years. In Hyderabad there are many distributor who have supplied gas in just two days, but this GNS Gas services, I dont know why they take more then 10 days to supply gas cylinder. My Cash bill is ready and till now my gas has not been delivered. This situation I've been facing for more then a year. I request the IOC, Hyderabad authorities to look into the matter and make sure that consumer get the best services.

(* Note: If he cannot distribute the gas supply, please give the distribution to me or any other distributor, who can supply the Indane gas cylinders on time.)
