Delay in cylender delivery

Hi

My name is Kirtee Singh customer no. 39876 consumer of Panchsheel Gas Agency Moradabad.

Very sorry to say but we have many complaint against our agency holder.

Every time when we try to call our agency to book our gas, phone line always engaged if we get connect (By luck) they said delivery will take a week time, not an issue. But after a week we have to remind them again and replied received tomorrow you will get the same. And that tomorrow will come when you continues follow them or if you forget to follow them they will forget us.

It is a regular exercise which we have to do to get a cylinder every time.

Hooker never gives receipt of payment as per him they don’t have the same.
