Non delivery of cooking gas

I am K K Mohanan, resident of Shastalyam, holding Gas connection no.27551 as M/s Kamala Gas Agency from last 10 years.

Since Gas connection issued to me, I am facing problem of untimely delivery of Gas cyclinder. If we wish visit the agency to chek the status of our Gas booking, as per their records gas cylinder was issued to us next day of gas booking which shows that they are selling cylinder to someone else in black. As it was not a one time story this problem we are facing since beginning.

Kindly take appropriate action towards M/s Kamala Gas agency, as we re facing lot of troble due to untimely delivery of gas cylinder.
