Dear Officer,

Myself Mr. Bishwin Shah resding at Mansa dist-gandhinagar, gujarat. In out city I am the customer of Parth lpg Gas Agency for LPG Cylinder. My Customer No is DG15602. My complain for Parth Gas Agency is I could not get LPG Cylinder on time. As i had received last cylinder on 19/09/10 & New request given on 23/10/10. Till date I have not received cylinder.

as per IOCL rule's parth gas agancy can not maintain any register for booking of gas cylinder.

As per IOCL rule's parth gas agency can not deliver new refill lpg bottle after booking of 21 day's.
