As i cancelled my e-ticket PNR no 2706470608 on 31 July at 11:15 PM .But as i tried to cancel this ticket on 31July at 6:30 PM But at that time Website (i.e. www.irctc.co.in) was not working for next 2hours. Because of this reason i was not able to cancel the ticket before 24hours of train running time. At the time of cancellation the website was displaying that you cant book or cancel your ticket due to connectivity problem. Therefore now IRCTC refunding me the amount after deducting 25% instead of deducting Rs 70/-. of delay in cancellation because of delay in cancellation which happened due to fault in IRCTC website not by me.
