Maruti Dzire not recd after 5 months - Complaint against APRA AUTO Mahipalpur

I have booked a Maruti Swift Dzire Zdi on September 28 at APRA AUTO (INDIA) PRIVATE LTD., Mahipalpur... It’s almost been 5 months that my car has not yet got delivered. Despite repetitive requests and phone calls we did not get any satisfactory response. Finally, we again visited the dealer and asked them about the status. We were given an option to wait for few months for the colour that we want. We also offered to pick an alternate colour of which we were later informed that No SWIFT DZIRE is available. We asked them to let us know about the loan formalities ; the sales team captain and the executives are highly incapable of helping out. We then requested the manager ; he promised to help but no relief. Interestingly, the team says they are helpless and can do nothing about it. I have faced such an irresponsible behavior … I want to understand - 1. Have there been no Maruti cars manufactured in the past; 2. Are APRA auto dealers all set to solve my commuting problem; 3. Are they enjoying the interest on the money that I submitted as the registration / booking amount; 4. Will I get the car at all ; 5. In case there’s a price hike, will I get the car at the same amount. Can someone please look into the matter because I really need help on this.
