Issue with Rohan Motors - Maruti Zen Estilo LXI CNG

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have booked a Maruti Car (Maruti Zen Estilo LXI CNG Model) on 24th Feb and paid a booking amount of Rs. 100000/- and rest to be paid via Loan. I was told that the Car would be delivered in March but never told that the Price & Discounts would as per the current month. They have given us a timeline of 3-4 weeks and promised that we generally delivery the car much before the said timeline (much to the delight of the customer).

We kept following up with them and always have been given a call back promise after checking back the status from the person concerned, but never got one. Finally, on 28th of March we went to Rohan Motors Office (C-9, Sector - 1) in Noida and got to know about all the surprises :

Surprise number one our loan amount validated by the bank was around 35k less than what was being asked (332K) for (we understand that this was beyond their control, but there has been no intimation to us by Rohan Motors)

Secondly, the car was far from delivery and its been a month.

Thirdly, the said discount was only mentioned for the month of February and was subject to change if the car is not delivered in the same month (Major Major surprise) as the Performa invoice that they shared and in any verbal discussion this was not mentioned anywhere.

Kindly, suggest if we can get the car or not at the price given to us as per the mentioned e-mail and Performa invoice. Will accordingly decide the course of this whole episode.
